Something Wicker this way comes...

For all of you x-eleven fans that are also iTunes users, do an artist name search for "Concho" and give the results a listen. This artist has released only a single at this point, and while it's not an x-eleven track, it's about as close to one as you're ever likely to find; feel free to interpret that any way you want...

The first year of www.x-eleven.org has been an unqualified success. Had you told me in 1992 that people would someday be listening to my tracks throughout the developed world and Canada, I could have only imagined this as the result of a major-label recording deal. In those days, the internet was primarily the domain of academics, and network links were so slow as to make digital audio access a practical impossibility. Twelve years and as many gigabytes of downloads later, I’ve still yet to make any money from this music, but I have gained a great deal of satisfaction reviewing the access logs and mail I’ve received. Thanks to all those who’ve taken the time to download these songs and give them a listen. Big ups to all my fans in Deutschland, Latvia, and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Respect to South Africa, New Zealand, my homies in Japan, Singapore, Belgium, Australia, the UK, and too many other countries to list. I’ll keep this site up for all of you -- come back any time you like.

I have finally posted the x-eleven videos. Check them out on the video page. I’ve also changed the structure of the audio pages and added seven previously unreleased x-eleven tracks for your downloading pleasure. Check out these “new” tracks here. In addition, I’ve added some interesting and historically appropriate websites to the links page.

Thanks to all of you; stay in touch and check back occassionally. In 2005 there will be a new website and new music. Sorry it’s been so long but the best things in life are always worth waiting for...
